Robert has worked with governments, international energy and mining companies in providing  services locally, nationally, and internationally, including the USA, Mexico, the Caribbean,  Central & North Africa, the Middle East and India.

His local consulting clients include the BC Attorney General's Office, BC Solicitor General's Office, BC Crown Counsel and Courts, BC Corrections Branch, the Federal Department of Justice, national media, the Office of the Premier, the RCMP Protection Services, and numerous corporations.  

Mr. Burns has developed security plans for an international petro-chemical company with operations in over 15 countries where challenges include terrorism, organized crime, extreme kidnap and ransom, extortion, police corruption, and lawlessness
