Royston Colbourne provides expert consultancy on matters of high-risk security, critical infrastructure, and counter terrorism.  He has provided comprehensive security and threat risk mitigation services to strategic overseas missions organized by the United Nations.  These services include the protection of people, assets, mission capability, and agency reputation.  

Retired from thirty years with the London Metropolitan Police, Royston was most recently the Superintendent in charge of a counter terrorism section at New Scotland Yard.  

Royston has provided consulting services to several foreign governments including the Greek government in regards to counter terrorism in preparation for the Athens Olympic Games.  He has carried out vulnerability surveys for non-governmental organizations in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

With considerable working experience in the Middle East, and Royston brings insight into culture, society, and terrorist ideology.  He has made presentations on counter terrorist issues at a national and international level.
